Payment

I am able to accept major credit cards, PayPal and personal checks as payment for the items shown on this site. If you would like to purchase an item, please email me at beth.gaertner *at* gmail.com or call 617 921 5867 to let me know what you're interested in. I will work with you to create a piece with your color and size preferences, if applicable, and let you know shipping costs and when your order will be sent out. If you choose to pay by Paypal or credit card, I will send you an email invoice that you can pay through a secure portal at Paypal.com. If you would prefer not to pay online, I can also accept personal checks by mail. If you would like to pay by check, please make the check out to "Beth Gaertner" and send to 86 Joy St, Studio #6, Somerville, MA 02143. Your order will be sent once the check clears. Purchases made within Massachusetts will include 5% sales tax.

Shipping

I ship all purchases Priority Mail from Boston, MA, which usually takes 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately, I am only able to ship within the United States at this time. Shipping costs are usually between $5-$9 depending on number of items ordered.

Returns and Exchanges

All of my jewelry is subject to high standards of quality, and although it is glass, it is quite durable if treated with care and worn with common sense. However, if a piece breaks during normal wear due to structural issues or flaws, I will fix or replace it. I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse or careless treatment. If you have any doubts about a piece before you purchase it, please contact me to see if these issues can be resolved. I would rather work with you to create jewelry you're happy with than have work be returned.

A Few Words On Handmade Goods...

Everything shown on this site is handmade by me, and no two pieces are ever identical. Because of this, ordering from BethJewelry.com is a bit different than buying the latest bestseller from Amazon. If you purchase a piece from my website, and I have that item in stock, I will make every effort to ship it within 3 business days. If I do not have the item in stock, I will make another especially for you, and this will take 5-10 days. I'll let you know if this is the case. Feel free to email me before purchasing if you want to know if the piece shown is in stock or have any other questions.

If you would like a piece in a different color or size, let me know. I create much more jewelry than is shown on this site, so I might already have what you're looking for. If I do, I'll send you a digital picture of the item. To purchase, I can send an email invoice that you can pay through PayPal. I'm always open to discussing custom orders, so if you didn't quite see what you're looking for, let me know and I'll see what I can do!
