Payment

I am able to accept major credit cards, PayPal and personal checks as payment for the items shown on this site. If you would like to purchase an item, please email me at beth.gaertner *at* gmail.com or call 617 921 5867 to let me know what you're interested in. I will get back to you with the cost, shipping charges, and when your order will be sent out. If you choose to pay by Paypal or credit card, I will send you an email invoice that you can pay through a secure portal at Paypal.com. If you would prefer not to pay online, I can also accept personal checks by mail. If you would like to pay by check, please make the check out to "Beth Gaertner" and send to 86 Joy St, Studio #6, Somerville, MA 02143. Your order will be sent once the check clears. Purchases made within Massachusetts will include 5% sales tax.

Shipping

I ship most purchases Priority Mail from Boston, MA, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Larger orders are sent UPS Ground, which can take up to 10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are usually between $5-$10 depending on number of items ordered.

Returns and Exchanges

All of my jewelry is subject to high standards of quality, and although it is glass, it is quite durable if treated with care and worn with common sense. However, if a piece breaks during normal wear due to structural issues or flaws, I will fix or replace it. I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse or careless treatment. If you have any doubts about a piece before you purchase it, please contact me to see if these issues can be resolved. I would rather work with you to create jewelry you're happy with than have work be returned.
